Charlie Spencer Chaplin was an English comedian, born in London on the 16th of April 1889. Charlie is widely regarded as the greatest comic artist of the screen and one of the most important figures in motion-picture history. Normally comedians like Charlie are supposed to entertain us and make us pee in our pants. But during world war 2, dressed as Hitler, Charlie gave one of the best speeches ever too humanity.
